We used a program called WorldPainter and acquired the digital terrain model of Hong Kong to generate the Minecraft world map. A lot of computer RAM (around 60 GB) was required to successfully generate the world map.

There are many reasons for this. Some common problems (on your end) include:

- not using the correct Minecraft version (we are using Java 1.19.2 Fabric, as of March 2024)
- using a non-official Minecraft launcher/account (such as TLauncher) to load Minecraft
- you have not correctly installed all required mods and the resource pack
- not using the correct IP address to connect to the server (the server IP is mc.mtrcrafters.net)
Sometimes, the problem may not be on your end, such as when the server whitelist is enabled which means only staff members and certain players can join the server, or the server is offline for maintenance/upgrading or for some other reason. In these cases, we will usually announce them on our Discord server. You can also check here for the live status of the server.

You can use any "ticket machines" located at any station concourse to add balance.
